Terms of Sale

Who can order

We sell and ship to the US only. You must be 13 or older to order. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's OK first.

Your art

• By ordering, you confirm that you made the art you posted, or that you have the rights to use it.
• You give us a limited license to print it as your sticker and to show it as an example of our work.
• If someone claims your art breaks their rights, you accept responsibility for that claim.

Art we may decline

We may say no to art that is hateful, NSFW, infringes someone else's rights, or shows a real person's likeness without their consent.

Buy links

• Each buy link is one-time and for the original poster only. Only the verified original poster of the art can buy.
• A link expires after one purchase, or earlier at our discretion.
• Sign in with X is coming later. We will use it only to verify that you are the original poster.

Prices and payment

• Prices are as shown on the order page and include US shipping.
• Payment is handled on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Shipping

• US addresses only.
• Most orders are made within 1 business day and ship the next business day via USPS First-Class Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after shipping.
• Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you entered.

What to expect

Every sticker is printed and custom-cut for you, so small differences in color, size and cut from what you see on screen are normal.

Refunds and replacements

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your sticker arrives damaged, or your order goes missing, we will replace it one time. To report it, email getonesticker@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the details below. For a missing order, the 7 days count from the expected delivery date. Include:

• the email you used for the order, and
• a photo of the damage (for a damaged order).

All decisions on refunds and replacements ultimately rest with Get One Sticker.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
